Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only. US shipping is temporarily suspended.

Processing time
Every item is handcrafted to order by one person. Standard processing time is 15–17 business days from payment confirmation. During peak periods — particularly around the holidays — processing time may extend slightly. If your order is time-sensitive, email us before ordering and we'll let you know what's realistic.
Shipping carriers
We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS depending on your location and what gets your order to you fastest and most reliably.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves the shop.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and will be displayed at checkout. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are outside our control — but we'll always help you track down a missing package.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at and we'll work with the carrier on your behalf to locate or replace it.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
